 The
2007 Southern Championships Finals Doubles Payoff
Team Ropers love the $30,00 in Added Money
PHOENIX, Az. (March 5, 2007) – The Southern
Championship Team Roping Series (SCS) doubled the
2006 SCS Finals payoff. In only it’s second year,
the SCS Finals paid out almost $150,000 in prize
money with an additional $20,000 awarded in prizes.
The SCS team roping series has become the premier
roping series in the Southwest. Started two years
ago when several roping producers teamed up to
provide a better product for the team ropers – the
series today has grown to having a total payoff of
almost $1,000,000 for the season. This has become
one of the largest Added Money events in the Team
Roping world. The Total Added cash at the 2007 SCS
Finals was $30,000. Below is the full result from
